Substitute for some TOPICAL skin meds.

Hello, I had posted my query earlier that I want a generic version of HEXILAC SILICONE GEL, a doctor asked me to send my pictures and asked me the reason why am I going to use it. So, a dermatologist on practo suggested this to me after 15 minutes of consultation. I can't afford too many costly medicines as a student, but suffering from pustules and papules all over the body, along with closed comedones all of this has led to paper thin scars, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation and now I have multiple skin tags. I have alot of things going on AND that's why consulted a dermat. PLEASE HELP ME with CHEAPER alternatives of the following if possible, I'd be grateful to you doctor :- (I am attaching the current photos for reference.) 1.) Hexilak silicone gel 2.) Faceguard/lashield sunscreen 3.) Onak sr. Lotion (can't find it ) 4.) Acnelak facewash
