Substitute for HEXILAK SILICONE GEL pls

Hello doctors, I am a student please suggest a generic alternative for HEXILAK SILICONE gel, I have had Pustular acne with skin tags all over body since years now. After all these years, I consulted a dermatologist and some of the medicines are really heavy on my pocket. If possible please suggest an alternative for Tvaksh faceguard sunscreen, please help. I'll be grateful.
