Iam 21 year old my height is 5.3 (163 CM) .
I started listening to height increasing subliminals on YouTube . Will it help me to increase height. Is it possible to increase height after 21+. I have never grown since my 16 . Will I grow using subliminals. Is there any way to increase my height. Because I want to join police department or army. Please tell me your suggestions and advices. I need atleast 3 inches more.
