Subcutaneous lupus erythomosis
My wife is 31 weeks pregnant now. two months ago she had a malar butterfly rash on face and complains of joints pains in toes and fingers. we initially thought it was due to pregnancy and later we have been directed to a rheumatologist for further diagnosis for the following tests with results
urine analysis - negative
c3 c4 - negative
anti ds ana - negative
ana - negative
ana profile- everything was negative except ro52 and ro60 which were positive.
the doctor said that she has subcutaneous lupus erthymosis and advised to take hcqs 200
is this the same as systemic lupus erthomosis?? if not can this convert Into systemic lupus erthymosis in future? and what will be the maximum lifespan?
