Subclinical hypothyroidism
I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism 2 months back with free T3 and T4 normal but TSH at 7.8. Doctor asked me to take 25mcg thyronorm and I took it for 2 months. Now the TSH value is 1.8. However, the Anti thyroid antibodies are within normal anti -Tpo = <2.4 and anti - Tg = <6.4. What could be the cause if it's not autoimmune.? Please advise.
