Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife is pregnant with twins. Growth of both the babies are good... She is 12 weeks pregnant. Latest ultra sound shows sub chrionic collection seen measuring 2 × 1.3 cms...doctor says there is a chance of abortion. Plz advice. Is there anything to worry? How this condition can be resolved ?
