Subchorionic hemorrhage
I'm 5weeks and 3days pregnant with a subchorionic hemorrhage measuring 3.7 CM. My baby still has no heartbeat. The doctors really didn't give me any information other than what was printed out... Does this mean I'm carrying a dead baby???! Is it too late to hope for a healthy pregnancy? I've never been through a miscarriage.

Not really. As  it might be a bit too soon to decide on the fate of your pregnancy.  I would suggest you repeat another scan in 2 weeks, I would expect to see a heart beat at that point in time if all were to be well.  Hopefully all goes well for you. Good luck.
