Your current treatment should be sufficient for the time being. Pls give it 5-7 days to subside. If you feel it's still not improving kindly see an eye specialist.

It may just subside by itself. Your current treatment may be enough. However, in some individuals, it may worsen, become bigger, open up inside, & so on. In that situation, your ophthalmologist consultation can be useful. Wait & watch few more days.
