Hi, I am sorry that you are going through this. I understand this causes an impediment in the way you live your life and the interjections from people will cause you to feel bad about yourself. It looks like some trauma got triggered 6 years ago because of which we are seeing the stuttering as a symptom. If we work on the trauma and heal it you will be able to get back to speaking the way you did 6 years ago.

Hi... Speech is also a skill that we learn and once we have learnt it, it appears very natural to us, like walking, swimming, cycling, etc. Some people may phase difficulty in learning speech and may develop such issues like stuttering, etc. This can be easily sorted with the help of a speech therapist.
If you are also facing low self-esteem issues, or finding it embarrassing to adjust in a social setting, or in general phasing some psychological issues, you may seek Counselling from a Psychologist.
You have also mentioned ADHD, which is usually diagnosed early in age, but if you have any such doubts. You can consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis.
Next Steps
Consult a Speech Therapist for Stuttering.
Consult a Psychologist for Counselling.
Consult a Psychiatrist for a Medical Diagnosis for ADHD.
