Stuffy nose 7.5 months old at night
Hi my baby gets stuffy and dry nose at night time because of which both me and my baby are unable to have a sound sleep. She is absolutely okay throughout the day with no problem but only at night time she wakes up from nose troubles. I put saline drops during the night to help with nose block but it disturbs her sleep a lot. Please advice.

You use a room heater along with proper humidifier. Other than using Saline drops, you can nebulise the child with Saline and give him plenty of fluids throughout the day. If the condition still persists, do consult.

Maintain warm room temperature
Can nebulise the baby with normal saline
