Stubborn fat near chest (possible cause)
Hello, I am a 20 year old male. I am 6ft tall and weigh 75kg. I have a sort of skinny fat framed body, where in I have a bit of fat in my belly and legs and chest, but overall I am not obese. My bmi is 22 and within the healthy range. I have been working out in the gym for the past 6 months, and I have managed to lose a bit of fat and gain quite a bit of muscle (especially arms and shoulders). However, I have noticed that I have some stubborn fat in my chest area, specifically just around the areola, which makes it somewhat pointy. I know this is not gynocomastia since there is no pain, sensitivity or any lump. However, i failed to understand why it still doesn't look manly. Could this all be just fat? If so, will it persist if I maintain a strict diet and workout regime? Or could there be an underlying cause? Thank you
