After the baby i am not able to lose weight. My breast feeding stopped after 45 days due tomexcessive stress. Its been 2 years now but no amount of diet or exercise is making me lose weight. All the tests are normal except vitamin d for which i have recently started taking medicines.

U should drink the coconut water at early morning before break fast.. use warm water to drink and one spoon honey.. drink more water as much as possible.. u should do meditation at early morning before 6.30 am. Maintain the diet programme and minarals.. u should have breakfast bfor 8.30 am. Lunch bfor 1.30 pm. Dinner bfor 8.30 pm.. Try to sleep bfor 11 pm. avoid the rice and rice items in the dinner.. avoid the heavy food in the dinner.. avoid any types of chocolates and ice creams. Even u should avoid the oily and more masaala food.. also try to avoid the out side catering food.. join the fittness programme.. Hope ur weight will b reduce and feel better soon.. Thanks.. TC
