I'm struggling to.lose weight from 2 years I've work so hard to diet and exercise and I am stuck at the same weight for 2 years Never missed my periods until now I've had delayed periods, extended for 15 days and sometimes twice a month But this is first time I've missed my periods Need advice

pls shift ur diet from low carbs nd high protein diet... u ll see the results. nd u didnt mention ur weight. weightloss depends on current weight also. use withdrawl for current period and use cyclical pills after this to get regular cycles.
