Strong penis and Healthy sperm count
I feel that there is something not happening right. My penis size seems to be reduced and i come early while having sex. Need some advise and I am little hesitant to speak this in person with a doctor

No... don't think like that something is wrong. Early ejaculation happens due to excessive excitement or extra sensitivity of penis. Most of the times it's a habit as it becomes in frequnt masturbation and release in a particular time. With less stimulated sexual states of mind, stress, fear, anxiety etc Penis go into resting state and does only it's primary job of passing urine so it contracts. It comes back to full form and size once we resume our regular sexual activities. It has immense capacity to contract and expand it's tissues. I hope you understood it.
