Care AI Shimmer
Many times stroke leads to weakness of pharynx and palate which are essential for normal swallowing. Weakness causes difficulty in swallowing and nasal regurgitation.
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and you may need to consult a experienced swallow therapist who can help your uncle to train himself in proper swallowing
