Stricture problem
I have for the past few months been facing issues with burning sensation while peeing, the need to push to empty my bladder. The urine flow is slow and not free flowing and often there are multiple streams of urine while I try to pee. I consulted a doctor who diagnosed this to be a stricture in all likelihood. He also recommended surgery. A. Are there any other alternative solutions? B. I have felt over the course of the past few months a sudden loss of libido and weakening of erections. Is this related?

If stricture is diagnosed, then better go for complete evaluation and surgical treatment. No medical treatment available today for it. Loss of erections and libido is not directly related to it, but secondary depression can lead to erectile dysfunction.
