Sir few days ago,I have dropped from the rock and i have a mark in face,what am I use to remove it??

That is not a stretch mark. That is a post traumatic scar. You could consider doing CO2 laser or Er:Yag laser sessions ; 5-6 sittings to improve the skin texture (upto 60-70% ) over the scar. Hope this is helpful.
