Stressful Dreams
For many years I am facing problem of dreams on failures mainly under 4 categorise. eg: 1. Not knowing anything on the day of presentation after a seminar, while others are well prepared and then running around like a confused person under stress 2. Forgetting date and time of Air Travel. Find I have no Visa, Air Ticket lost, rushing to Airport, not finding the counter, baggage gets lost, searching around, no help, confused, stressed. 3.In a large, nice hotel with office colleagues but not able to search my room. Asking for help from staff but getting ignored. Totally stressed out and exhausted while others are smoothly going around having breakfast etc. All these are irrelevant as nothing ever has happened like that. I had a bright successful career. Retired as Executive Director in the year 2009. Fairly good life. 4. For the last 2 months the intensity has increased to even torturous dreams; metal and physical torture. I have been consulting physiotherapists, not much benefit
