Stress and anxiety cause oral problem
I am in very much stress from 1 month,does stress cause lie bumps ,cuts in mouth,I suffered from these problem often how to resolve it please tell me

Hi..yes, stress leads more dopamine secretion in the body leading to imbalance in oral Flora leading to ulcers, bad breath, gum issues. Drink more water, calm down your mind with meditation and yoga

Yes stress is one of the commonest causes of mouth ulcers. You can apply oragard B or dologel to get symptomatic relief. Add a bcomplex tablet to your diet. Manage stress with yoga etc
