Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Reason for sleep disorders are many. But most common one is mental disturbance like anxiety or depression. Here the medicine can only help only in suppressing the emotions and give temporary relief. But your deep rooted emotion imbalance will still remain and can cause trouble in others ways like, nervousness, lack of appetite, palpitations, constipation, negativity in light and many more. So it's better to address the root cause than treating just the symptoms.
