1.write a thought diary..write all what you feel..u will get vent for ur emotions.
2.aerobic exercise...exercise releases endorphins which will make u feel good
4.building a hobby
5.take a break from daily routine
Hello.... Your physical and mental stability is more important for work... If you are non willing to do that work or when your mind is full of worries if feel stressed ,if your physically weak you will have neck pain and back pain... So you judge yourself then you can figure out way.
