How to calm body in extreme anger , frustation situation , left side shoulder , neck and arm is weak bcoz of nerve compression in neck so mental disturbance first impacts that weak area and makes it feel stretched, slightly achy, stiff.

You should visit a Physiotherapist for weak and painfull arm and shoulder after recovery you will feel relax and calm. To calm yourself you and body should be painfree.

For neck, shoulder weakness physiotherapy will help u sir. For anger and stress u have to visit psychologist.
