Stress due to CT scans
I had one HRCT scan during Covid in June 2021 as I was coughing up blood and then one in October 2021 since I had severe chest pain for 4 months, So want to understand if these CT scans are harmful as I read about them later that they are hazardous but not sure if diagnostic radiation is really harmful or harmless if done in limits.

Unnecessary ct scans are definitely hazardous. But you have to evaluate the  necessity of ct scan, over the side effects. If it is advised by Pulmonologist, you can undergo ct scan. But it is very informative.
