Strange skin problem

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Photos attached. I am having weird skin bumps on my left cheek. No other part of body has such symptoms. No itching no pain. Not a mosquito bite, not a acne or pimple. No smoking. No alcohol. Had sexual activity with someone before 2 weeks. Can be STI ? Need advice what is it from the photos and suggested remedies.? I visited local clinic and started taking Fluconazole and applying fungal ointment, however i am unsure of improvement. Pls advice.
