Strange skin condition

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have been breaking out in red streaks that look similar to stretch marks. Started out on the upper part of my butt and all around my breasts and with time have extended to my sides and back. I've also noticed some on my lower inner thigh near my pubic area. They itch. I also have red spots similar to ringworm on my body, mostly arm.
