Strained Chest causing Pain
From Yesterday morning, feeling the chest muscle strained. Any physical movement of body, which uses chest muscle, like turning, getting up, and even inhaling deeply, causes intense pain in the chest area. otherwise feeling normal in the chest area, only a general stiffness being felt. pain only when movement done involving upper torso.

Hello sir.  Greetings. It is mostly a costochondritis that you are suffering from. Take a tablet naproxen 250mg twice a day daily and wr shall observe the nature of pain.  Also meanwhile get a ECG done to rule out cardiac issues. Thank you
