I am having blurred far vision I.e blurred vision at all distances also continues eye and head pain I am having this problem from the last 1 month.

You are either myopic or suffering from dryness, you should consult ophthmologist for refraction & if prescribed any glass , you should wear.If you are not having refractive error then definitely you are having dryness due to addition to smartphone or laptop , you should use Systane ultra eye drops 5-6 times during day & genteal gel once at bed time at night.
