Strabismus ?
I’ve noticed my right eye is suddenly odd to my left it hasn’t been before but I wear contact lenses although my doctor and optition say it’s not strabismus I can clearly see it it goes up and outwards and it’s having a tol on my self esteem what do I do no one will help me a prism test and my eye did not move but it is upwards ?!

You need to send me pictures if possible or else visit an eye surgeon who can take pictures in 9 directions of faze and send them to me. It seems from your description that you do have strabismus or Squint. You can certainly be helped by either prism spectacle glasses or surgery!
