Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am using venlor xr 75 medicine from last year with other medicines... but venlor xr 75 causes constipation and i am really suffering from it... so my doctor said to stop it... he said to stop by using venlor xr 37.5 for 5 days... but condition is such that i cant buy any medicines now...so i am stopping it suddenly...will stopping it suddenly cause any harm or downfall of my health or something??... i am really scared...
