This is stool test of my baby please tell if everything is normal or not he doesn't have any lactose intolerance or not

You should provide proper clinical history for correct interpretation. Anyways there is no blood, no lactose intolerance in the stool. So it can be viral diarrhoea... and E coli bacteria in culture can be a normal commensal also. So nothing much to worry. Follow your pediatrician's advise...
