Stool red in colour

Asked for Male, 30 Years

From this morning I don't know , why is my stool red in colour suddenly. Doctor has given ovazao m for my sperm mortality. Me n my wife planning for pregnancy. Myself got diagnosed with sugar today morning , reading is 200 fasting . Pls let me know what could be the issue .
