Used medications acogut, pruease, pand but in vain. Cbp, lft, ultrasound are normal. Lately, stool test was suggested result was entamoeba coli/ bacteria present. Entamoeba coli is a non pathogenic commensal in the digestive tract. It does not require any specific treatment. Your chronic symptoms ( including visceral hypersensitivity as you described) are likely due to functional GI disorder ( Irritable bowel syndrome/ IBS). Kindly visit a gastroenterologist for the same or do an online video consultation. Take care and wish you a speedy recovery.
