Sir I have been suffering from nausea since last 5 days but vomiting is not happening. So please suggest a medicine for it or further test and checkups

Hello....... Nausea is a symptom.. One symptom is not sufficient for diagnosis... It could be due to infection, gastritis ,headache, dizziness , etc.... Based on associated symptoms one can suggest investigation... Kindly give some more information about your problem......
