STOOL BECOMES HARD
For the last 4 days I do not feel any urgue of motion.I went toilet but motion does not come and as I previously got ANAL FISSURES and took 1 month for completely heal and that time I got lot of pains , bleeding so I do not give lot of strain in fear as ANAL FISSURE can easily recur after a hard motion. Pls suggest certain medicine which can soften the hard stool and make eligible to easily pass through anus without creating any ANAL FISSURE further. I am in very anxious pls help me by giving medicines and advice so that fissure does not come again.

You can try syrup Duphalac 10 ml bed time for 15 days. If it is still causing trouble you will need a sigmoidoscopy
