Need to see d scan before commenting upon. As u t saying it is upper ureteric stone, it is obstructing one needs to be cleared either surgical removal by URSL or try for spontaneous pass out. 10 m stone is unlikely to passout in many of times. If CT was nit done get it done now. And meet an urologist.
