Hi ,At this time , i am suffering from stone problem
Right sided hydroureteronephorsis is seen due to right UV jn calculus measuring 8.6mm.Urinari bladder not show any calculus or mass lesion. Obstructing right uV jn calculus. So what dr prefer to me medicine or operation

8.6mm is little big to pass off with medication. As long as it's there in the ureter it can cause pain and infection. It is blocking the passage of urine into the bladder. So better option is to get URS done and clear off the stone.
