20 ml Stone in gall bladder, pain is once in a longtime. Age 60. Should I go for surgery to remove gall bladder ?

I can understand your concern.
There is no stone in units of ml.
It's either mm or cm.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
He will be able to help you further.
Ideally surgery is required.
