Stone kidney
Sir, I have a stone in right vuj 7.4 mm size and 3 mm stones in both the kidneys. And my create level 0.90 mg/DL. Blood urea 31 Glucose 77HB -13.2% other CBP reports are normal. Doctor told he given medicines for 5 days and during this time stone may pass. If not he told for some procedure. What procedure suited best. With less complications.??

Yes, this size stone at VUJ area are quite likely (50%) to pass naturally or with help of few medicines. If it not happens up to ten days and causing persistent pain or ureter obstruction, it need to be removed by endoscopic procedure named ureteroscopy or URS.
