Rspectd doctors as my resume uncle lives in jeddah,Saudi.he got stone in gallbladde nd kidney too the doctors said that he has lung infection as he smokes,so he can get an heart attack while gall bladder operation due to lung,blood infection is it possible he never had an attack?answer me-THANK YOU...

Hey, Myocardial infarction occurs because of two conditions one Increased overload on heart or blockade of blood circulation to heart , In surgery work load on heart increase so they give anesthesia to decrease heart rate , cardiologist asses condition of heart with help of echo, ECG. After approval by cardiologist you can proceed for surgery ,consult cardiologist
