Stone forming tendency
Sir
I am having stone forming tendency in my body. For the last 7 yrs calculus are getting formed in my kidneys. The normal size of calculus is around 4 to 5 mm. I have consulted many doctors for permanent solution of this problem. But no one is in position to tell me confidently that it will be cured permanently and stone will not be repeated.

The kidney stone formation depends on the number of factors like your diet, water intake, calcium salts, vitamin c etc..and once the stone is formed you have more chances of developing it again...
Next Steps
I would suggest you to increase your water intake, make sure that if you sweat more you compensate it..avoid vitamin excessive, tomatoes which will help in stone formation...thank you
