I drank beer 4-5 days back and since then iam suffering from stomachache.
I took medicines and antibiotics too but it didn't prove to be useful.
I went through food poisoning as well an year back.
What should i do now?

Hi.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
.Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
Maybe be due to gastritis...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...
