Stomachache from last 10 days..

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Sir, i have avoided all the cold products and ice creams since 3 years even cold water too... But i recently shifted to another state and here i live all alone and no one is here to give me warm water so due to compulsion i started drinking cold water and cold buttermilks and ice creams too and now my stomach is paining from last 10 days... 50s of tablets pain killer everything i tried.. even M.D. DOCTOR could not treat it.... So what is the problem basically? How can i be cured???
