Stomachache after having dinner
I hv a stomachache above belly it severely pain only wen I take dinner and it will be felt much during having water .this pain stays for 10-15 min especially after dinner den it’s usually .this problem is from 3-4 days but during intake of other course of food this problem won't be felt

Gastritis is a common cause for such pains. Other causes like gall stones need to be ruled out.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
Avoid OILY foods.
