Stomach upset since yesterday
Day before yesterday, she started with stomach upset, then yesterday mng she had loose motion 3 to 5 times in a whole day with one episode of green coloured mucus filled stool. With that fever 100°F was noticed in mng. I gave patacetamol in mng 10am and 7 pm . After that no fever since morning.. But she in morning did yellow coloured loose stool two times then she did green coloured stool with lil blood and little little mucus she is passing with lil blood stained 3 to 4 times in morning itself. She is putting pressure while passing it.

I can understand your worry, but your child requires in person consultation or online consultation...as there is blood in stool its better to do sonography of abdomen to rule out other pathology...

From history it seems to be dysentery and this should be treated with antibiotic with ors, zinc and probiotics. Also fever medicine for fever

Baby will need 1 antibiotic and  1 probiotic medicine. dose will be according to baby's weight .for that you will need at least online consultation with pediatrician.. Give more of liquid ORS ,water, lemon juice, buttermilk with added salt ,coconut water
