Hello......lax hiatus hernia causes gastro esophageal reflux disease .recurrence is common with stomach ulcers... What's cause for stomach ulcer, commonly seen with H pylori infection of stomach.. Culture of gastric sample and antibiotics if infection is confirmed.. You need to take medications regularly.
