Endoscopy report below.
I am MN Khan,Male, 40 had acidity for 2-3more month diagnosed Acidity as Gas comes up on mid chest n it congest cause suffocation/palpitation shortness of breath so I was treated with pantocid-d BD, Acotrust100 3times, librax BD, Aristozyme BD for 30 days got 50% relief then I went for Endoscopy, report is below: Indication:-Dyspepsia. Esophagus:-Normal mucosa of the upper,mid and lower esophagus GE Junction at 37 cm and appears lax .Grade A esophagitis seen No varices /ulcer /hiatus hernia. Stomach:-Small erosions seen of the antrum No growth or ulcer seen Normal distensibility. Duodenum:-D1 -normal D2- normal Impression:-Lax LES, Grade A esophagitis. Erosive gastritis-antral, Mild. Presently After Endoscopy Now I am on: Pantocid-d BD, Ulgel-A 3times, librax BD, Aristozyme BD. Please suggest it's curable? and what precautions to be taken in terms of meal etc, if the present medicine/treatment is perfect as per the Endospy report.?

Your medical problems is GERD with Gastritis. 1. Reflux in your case will be under control with medicines and life style changes. 2. Precaution: Healthy food. Avoid spicy food. Avoid tea coffee chocolate. Keep your weight in the normal range. Eat small meals at frequent intervals. 3. Present medications Are perfect and appropriate for your illness.
