Stomach problem with anal fissure
I had junk food then i had direahh and constant bloating , stomach cramps in the morning , loose stool , anal fissure due to direahh and since its been 20 days , my problem is not going aways. i thought it was food poising or stomach bug. but its not going away , i can almost feel it that my stomach's digestion is damaged.
