Every medicine has some or other side effects......drotin has a constituent drotaverine which is used mainly for renal colic pain, stomach pain, gallstone pain etc.......it has no. Of side effects like  Nausea,Dizziness,Vomiting,Sweating,Constipation. And moreover it should not be taken if the patient is bedridden, diabetic, have high lipid levels. If we talk about zifi ...its has constituent cefixime which is a cephalosporin antibiotic used mainly for treating bacterial infection........it has too some side effects like Diarrhea,Abdominal pain,Nausea,Dyspepsia.... ..
Next Steps
it depends at what site of d abdomen there is pain...acc to which we can make diagnosis....and more history like..what were other symptoms like vomiting fever were present or not...abt the bladder and bowel habits....abt the past  history.......and if the pain is since long...and just have symptomatic relief from medicines...u should definitely do a USG abdomen to confirm the diagnosis...
