Stomach pain during menstural cycle . First 3days much more pain at the begging of cycle. Can I take drotin N tablets

You can take but you have to rule out a condition called endometriosis which causes such type of symptoms. So consult a gynaecologist who will examine you and advice a pelvic scan .
