Stomach pain relief after passing stool
My son who is 4.8 years old, daily he is complaining about stomach pain and after he passes stool there won't be any pain. He has an history of Constipation. I think its IBS. can someone please help me on this to cure
There is no loss in appetite.
His weight is around 18kgs
He usually complain stomach pain after eating.
Stool also looks normal.

He is having recurrent abdominal pain due to constipated bowel.
Give him toilet training for regular evacuation of stool and give Syp movicol 5 ml two times a day and tummy soft Syp 5 ml two times a day.
Enterogermina ampoules two times a day for 15 days

If there is constipation, you give lots of vegetables and fruits
Plenty of fluids,
Make a regular time for passing stools in a relaxed way
As long as the child gains weight adequately, I need to worry
